Tilahun is a senior administration and finance officer. He has more than 15 years of working experience. His expertise includes budget and financial management, administration, procurement, property management, and logistical delivery of high-quality services for various projects funded by PEPFAR, USAID and BMGF.

Prior to joining HaSET, he gained professional experience through his involvement with various international organizations, including International Training and Education Center on Health/I-TECH, Abt Associates Inc., International Institute for Primary Health Care, and Columbia University/ICAP. His diverse experience contributes to his ability to adapt to new challenges and bring a broad perspective to his role at HaSET. Tilahun has an MBA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
